A CITY ON A HILL THAT CANNOT BE HIDDEN(conversation under the stars)

A community that will be built out of the wilderness. A community that will be filled with people with promises. It was a starry night, and he ordered to turn off the lights, and what was blurred become clearer, billions of stars start to appear one by one. It's like, they came out from their hiding place, waiting for us to show up. He told us about this verse:

What is a man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? 5 For You have made him a little lower than the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor.
Psalm 8:4-8

As he was talking, a tear fell from my eyes, he told us about the faithfulness of the Lord towards him. the territory after territory he conquered because of the Lord's faithfulness. It gave me hope, that He will do the same for me. It gave me a new desire to see that community that he dreamed about.

WHY ARE WE STILL CRYING?

 In the passage, Luke 20:13-20 the Lord asks Mary why are you crying? What are you looking for? I think Jesus was smiling while looking into her eyes. He knew that she was looking for his body. Jesus wants to catch Mary's attention with his still small voice. But Mary overwhelmed with worry and grief, didn't recognize the transfigured man in front of her. She forgot what she heard in the last supper with Him. She forgot that dying and raising on the third day was part of his original plan.  If we are confident of His great plan for us. if we trust every word he says If we believe that He is the one who spoke to our hearts.  Then why are we still crying? Should we trust his voice while we wait amid of the storm? We cry, doubt, and fear like we don't know what's ahead of us. But Jesus was already looking at us with a smile on His face. He knows that we will overcome everything because he did.
